When I arrived I immediately knew where I was. I was standing in the chambers of the Supreme Court of the United States. Many decisions that shaped America's future were made here. Some of these decisions were:
Even though some of these decisions may have been unjust, they built the building blocks of our great nation and that's why they must be preserved. I awaited my next stop which would mostly likely be the Civil War in the chamber of the Supreme Court amazed by the power and knowledge these justice have within them.
- Marbury vs. Madison- Created Judicial review.
- McCulloch vs. Maryland- Federal powers came before state powers.
- Worcester vs. Georgia- The Cherokee cannot be removed from their land without their permission.
- Dred Scott vs. Stanford- Slaves are property.
